— To Light Up The World
Ingenious Educational System is a multidisciplinary special education and therapy centre in Clifton, Karachi — guided by psychologists, dedicated to every child's unique journey.
A multidisciplinary centre where every decision is grounded in psychology, evidence, and the belief that every child can thrive.
A Karachi where every child with a learning difference, developmental need, or communication challenge has access to expert, individualized support — and grows into a confident, capable individual who contributes meaningfully to their community.
To deliver multidisciplinary, psychologist-led education and therapeutic support that identifies each child's strengths, addresses their challenges, and builds their capacity to learn, communicate, and belong — working in close partnership with families and schools.
We are not a tutoring centre. We are a clinical and educational system built around your child.
Every assessment, plan, and intervention is designed or supervised by qualified Educational and Clinical Psychologists — not general teachers. Your child receives clinically informed support from day one.
No two children are alike. Each child receives a bespoke Individualized Education Plan reviewed every term, with goals set in collaboration with parents and aligned to their school curriculum.
Under one roof: Special Educators, Speech & Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Behaviour Therapists, Clinical Psychologists, and Paediatricians — all coordinated around your child.
We align with CAIE (Cambridge), AKU-EB, British Council, and BISE Matric frameworks — so your child's progress maps directly onto their school's curriculum and international standards.
We work alongside your child's mainstream school, sharing progress reports and strategies so that support is consistent, whether at IES or at home.
Every family's information is protected under our strict confidentiality policy. Our clinical team follows international ethical guidelines in all assessments and therapeutic work.
Every service connects. Most children begin with an assessment and move into a plan that combines the support they need most.
Comprehensive evaluation of a child's cognitive abilities, academic level, learning style, emotional wellbeing, and developmental profile — conducted by our psychologists and forming the evidence base for all support.
Structured profiling that helps families and schools understand a child's specific needs clearly, guiding referrals and school accommodations — including autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and sensory profiles.
A personalized learning roadmap for each child, setting measurable goals across academic and developmental areas, reviewed and updated every term with full family feedback and school collaboration.
Targeted instruction in literacy, numeracy, communication, and functional life skills at the child's own pace — plus focused remedial support to close specific learning gaps aligned to CAIE, AKU-EB, British Council, and BISE.
Assessment and intervention for communication, articulation, language development, fluency, and social communication — delivered by qualified speech and language therapists and integrated into the child's daily IEP goals.
Support for fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, handwriting, and the practical daily-living skills children need for learning and independence — delivered by qualified occupational therapists.
Structured, evidence-based behavioural support using Applied Behaviour Analysis and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy techniques — helping children with autism, ADHD, and anxiety manage challenges, build positive routines, and thrive.
Individual and group-based programmes building confidence, resilience, emotional regulation, and positive social interaction — essential foundations for learning and lasting friendships.
Collaborative guidance, counselling, and training for parents to strengthen home–school partnerships, understand their child's diagnosis, and sustain progress at home with confidence.
Confidential psychotherapy for children and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment difficulties — delivered by experienced Clinical Psychologists in dedicated afternoon clinic hours.
Specialised workshops for parents, teachers, and school staff on inclusive education strategies, communication techniques, behaviour management, and emotional intelligence. CPD certificates available.
Play-based, art-based, and movement activities promoting self-expression, independence, and overall wellbeing — building life skills through creative and physical engagement in a nurturing environment.
A clear, step-by-step pathway from first contact to independent progress — every family knows exactly where they are.
When you contact IES, you are not entering a waiting list — you are beginning a structured, expert-guided process. Our roadmap ensures every child receives the right support, in the right order, with the right team.
Each step is designed with parents as active partners. You will receive written updates, attend review meetings, and have direct access to your child's key clinician at every stage.
Most children progress through the full eight steps over 12–18 months, though timelines are always personalised. Some children stay with us through ongoing therapy; others are successfully referred to mainstream schools with a full transition plan.
A free 30-minute consultation with our Head of Operations — no commitment, just a conversation. You describe your child's needs; we explain how IES can help. Available via WhatsApp, phone, or in-person.
A thorough psychological and educational assessment by our clinical team — covering cognitive ability, academic levels, emotional profile, sensory needs, and communication. Usually completed over 1–2 sessions.
A detailed written report is shared with parents in a private feedback session. We explain the findings in plain language, answer all questions, and begin planning the support pathway together.
A personalised IEP is developed by the multidisciplinary team — with specific, measurable goals across academic, therapeutic, and developmental areas. Parents review and sign off on the plan before it begins.
Tailored sessions start across the relevant disciplines — Speech Therapy, OT, Behaviour Therapy, Academic Support, and more — all coordinated so each clinician is working toward the same IEP goals.
Every term, the team meets to review progress against IEP goals. Parents receive a written progress report and attend a review meeting. Plans are updated, goals extended, and intensity adjusted as needed.
We liaise directly with your child's school to share strategies, support accommodations, and ensure consistency. Parent workshops provide practical tools to continue progress at home.
When your child is ready, we plan a carefully managed transition — to mainstream schooling, a specialist institution, vocational training, or continued community involvement. Full documentation and referral letters provided.
Our IEPs and academic support are specifically designed to map onto the curriculum your child follows at school.
O-Level and A-Level curriculum support — remedial and IEP goals aligned to Cambridge learning outcomes and assessment objectives.
Aligned to AKU-EB's competency-based framework — supporting children attending Aga Khan–affiliated schools across Karachi.
Full alignment with UK National Curriculum stages — supporting children in British curriculum schools with EYFS through GCSE frameworks.
Matric and Federal Board (BISE) curriculum support — ensuring children in Pakistani mainstream schools receive properly aligned academic assistance.

The trust of Karachi's families is our greatest achievement.
"The assessment alone was worth everything. Finally someone explained our child in a way that made sense — and gave us a plan, not just a label."
"Every single person at IES genuinely cares. The speech therapist sends us voice notes with tips for home. We feel part of the team, not just paying for a service."
"We had been to three other places before IES. None of them connected the dots the way IES did. The multidisciplinary approach changed everything for our son."
"The parent workshop on behaviour strategies was a turning point. Simple, practical, evidence-based. I wish we had found IES years ago."
"Aoun Ali took our first call at 9pm when we were panicking. That's the kind of team this is. Not just professional — human."
"The IEP they wrote for our daughter was the most thorough document we had ever seen about her. Three pages of goals, all explained to us in plain Urdu and English."
